This won't be a lengthy rant about littering... We have all heard it before.
That said, after all the millions of dollars spent by the city and various private companies telling us to keep our neighborhoods clean,
Why am I seeing this when I walk my dog??
Clean parks = clean streets = better quality of life = higher home values.
